A Happy Life, " Summer Style"!
I will share a very personal side of my self, and the key to a positive direction and Happy Vibe! I am starting this post off with some photos, of my " Happy Life" and "Happy Vibe!
Step #1 SMILE: This one thing makes everyone feel good! The people seeing it, and you bringing it, Changes everyone's Vibe! Take a moment to check in with your self, each day, and smile. This practice is a step in relaxing your body and resting your mind.
Step #2 EAT ICE CREAM: This treat in the Summer makes me happy! Sharing it with a friend is even better! On a hot day, when you need to cool off, add a little bit of sparkle to your day, with small cone or ice-shave! It will add joy to your day. I like low-cal small cones!
Step #3 PLAY: I love to walk, jump in the water, dance, play games and have fun! Playing in the summer is a big part of my Happy Vibe! We have many fun ideas and things to do with your family in our Kids fun blog zone: Kids Fun!
Step #4 HANG OUT: Love my family time, even if only a few are home right now! Make Time, with Family, Friends or Neighbors! This summer, we are staying close to home. So that means, softball games, bbq, kayaking, and playing games!
Step #5 GARDENING: Find Your Passion, or Try Something New, I just started Gardening 4 years ago! Caring for a Garden Keeps Me Busy! And the rewards are fabulous!
